We are seeking a Lead UX Designer to join a multidisciplinary Agile team delivering user-centric digital services. You will engage with both business and technical teams to design intuitive user interfaces and experiences that solve complex user and business problems. Key Responsibilities: Lead UX design activities across discovery, design, and delivery phases Facilitate co-design workshops and stakeholder interviews Develop user personas, wireframes, UI designs, and interactive prototypes Apply human-centred design principles and usability testing Document and present research findings and design concepts Collaborate with Agile Coaches, Service Designers, and other stakeholders Contribute to continuous process and design system improvement Skills and Experience Required: 5 years’ experience in UX/UI roles Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with user testing and usability best practices Proficiency in Figma, Miro, Adobe CC Strong conceptual thinking and information design skills Able to work independently and collaboratively in Agile environments Apply now or contact Luther Borgas at luther.borgas@outbacktalent.com
