About the Role
This full‑time position in Western Australia offers the chance to play a key role in expanding the business across the region. You will focus on developing and strengthening connections with specialists, GPs, and allied health professionals, while working closely with senior leaders.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to strategic growth
* Create and execute a territory plan aligned with business objectives, incorporating data collection, analysis of referral trends, and market intelligence
* Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, ensuring seamless referral processes
* Leverage internal resources, marketing campaigns, and training to enhance engagement
* Represent the organisation's services, highlighting quality, patient experience, and value
* Work independently while collaborating with regional and general managers to deliver results
About You
* Experience in healthcare sales or related professional industries, ideally with established relationships in WA with specialists (oncology, urology, gynecology, neurology, orthopedics) and GPs
* Medical industry experience in radiology or imaging is an advantage
* Proven ability to develop and manage territory plans, prioritise workloads, work independently, and drive initiatives while managing challenging relationships and influencing stakeholders
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
* Customer‑centric, proactive, and service‑oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) with a current driver's license and willingness to travel across referral locations
