**The position**
Wilson Security has multiple Permanent Full-Time Relief Security Officer roles available. These sites are predominately located SOR - in Rockingham, Henderson and surrounding locations.
You will be an integral part of the teams leading the Maritime and Defence contracts.
To be successful, you must be able to demonstrate the following: - Demonstrated experience in the Security Industry
- Excellent verbal & customer service skills
- Display 24/7 Flexibility
- 12 hour shifts and a guaranteed 84 hour fortnight
- Rotating roster
- A current WA Driver's Licence and a vehicle in good working order
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Proven Experience in Conflict Resolution
- Have full unlimited working rights in Australia
- For some roles you must be an Australian Citizen as you will be working on various Defence contracts
- Must be eligible to either have or obtain an MSIC, Baseline and NV1 security clearances
- MUST be willing and able to work extra shifts when required
- Incident report writing
**What we are looking for**:
- Current Western Australian Security License
- Current First Aid Certification
- Be eligible to obtain an MSIC
- Be eligible or already have Baseline and/or NV1 Security Clearance
- Fully Vaccinated and willing to provide evidence
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and emergency services
- 24/7 Availability
- Motivated, positive & self-starter attitude
- Confidentiality - ability to keep sensitive information, confidential
- Excellent communication, professional presentation and problem-solving skills
