About the Role
As a PCA, you will be part of a high‐functioning clinical team, providing clinical, holistic and person‐centred support to our residents.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Assisting residents with personal hygiene, dressing and daily routines
* Supporting residents with housekeeping, errands and daily activities
* Providing companionship and emotional support
* Monitoring and reporting any changes in a resident's health or wellbeing
* Taking vital signs, height and weight
* Maintaining residents' health equipment
* Responding to emergency situations
* Assisting with rehabilitative exercises
* Supporting social, recreational and lifestyle activities
