Matcha Bar Supervisor (Part-Time, 30 hrs)
A new specialty matcha bar is coming soon, and we are looking for a warm, capable leader to help bring it to life. Our focus is simple: beautifully made matcha, prepared fresh in front of customers, delivered with genuine hospitality and consistent standards.
We are currently in the pre-development stage and not open yet. This means the right person will be involved before day one, helping shape how the store runs, how the team operates, and what the customer experience feels like from the moment we open.
The kind of person we are looking for:
You are hospitality through and through. You enjoy people, you read a room quickly, and you know how to keep service calm and smooth even when it gets busy. You lead by example, you are reliable, and you care about the small details that make a place feel special.
You also bring energy and creativity. You are the type who gets excited by new drink ideas, improving presentation, and capturing the vibe. You do not need to be an influencer, but you should be comfortable filming the occasional short vlog or behind-the-scenes moment for social media.
What you will do

* Support recruitment and onboarding, and help train a small team of casual staff

* Supervise and support a small team, including coaching, feedback, and on-shift direction
* Prepare matcha beverages and light menu items to a high standard (training provided in our method)
* Maintain excellent standards for cleanliness, food safety, and presentation
* Manage stock ordering, inventory rotation, deliveries, and supplier communication
* Handle customer questions and issues professionally and warmly
