As part of this winning Commercial Litigation/Commercial Law team being mentored by a STAND-OUT industry-leading Partner + A calibre senior specialist lawyers, you will enjoy advising and litigating on a diverse multitude of intellectually stimulating, challenging and interesting commercial legal issues relating to but not limited:
to sale and purchase of businesses, franchising, commercial contracts, debt recovery/insolvency, property sales/purchases and leases, mortgages, intellectual property, employment law, construction law and trade practices/consumer law.
You will have full carriage of your own files and have direct relationships with your clients.

Who You Are
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
* Are an admitted lawyer with 1+ year (OR MORE up to Associate level) post-admission experience in commercial litigation (essential)+ commercial transactions (preferable);
* have broad-ranging commercial litigation experience managing your own files;
* have strong legal research/drafting/negotiation/advocacy skills+ client-service skills;
* are seeking to carve out a LONG-TERM career as a specialist dual commercial litigation/commercial transactions lawyer.
