The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the daily operations of two busy, community-focused venues in the Hunter Valley region. You'll lead from the front, inspire your team, and ensure guests receive an exceptional experience every time.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
* Proven leadership experience in a Club or Pub environment
* Strong operational knowledge including:
* Food & beverage service
* Poker machines, TAB & Keno
* Functions & events
* Promotions & entertainment
* Cellar operations
* Current RSA & RCG certifications
* Strong computer literacy
* Willingness to undertake police and medical checks
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily venue operations across all service areas
* Lead, coach and motivate the team to deliver outstanding service
* Ensure compliance with all licensing and operational requirements
* Maintain high presentation and operational standards
* Assist with events, promotions and entertainment
