About the Role
We are seeking passionate Speech Pathologists to join a leading allied health provider in the Perth South Metropolitan region, including Armadale and surrounding areas. As a Senior Speech Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering community-based interventions in homes, schools, childcare centres, and other community settings, as well as at designated therapy hubs.
* You will provide person-centred, evidence-based therapy to clients of all ages, helping them achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
* Caseloads are flexible, offering the opportunity to work with infants, children, adolescents, and adults with developmental delays and disabilities, including vision and hearing impairments, autism spectrum disorder, and other conditions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
* Minimum of three years of clinical experience delivering high-quality Speech Pathology services for Senior position.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
* Ability to assess, plan, implement, and deliver person-centred, evidence-informed services in various settings.
* Experience in mentoring and supporting allied health professionals.
