We are looking for an enthusiastic to join our growing Customer Service team based in **Hamilton QLD** to provide an exceptional level of service to our growing customer base.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Inform customers of new product range and services where applicable
- Understanding customer's sales history and proactively identifying requirements
- Ensure customer requests are actioned in a timely manner within allocated timeframes
- Take ownership in continuing and cultivating all customer interactions
**What you will need to succeed**:
- Experience in a high-volume call centre, data entry or a previous role within a high-volume administration environment preferred
- Forward thinker who can think outside the box
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised in a small team
- Explicit verbal and written communication skills are necessary
**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Hamilton QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
