As an Assistant Store Manager in this fast-paced and SUPER BUSY store in Lara - Geelong, you will be a part a large retail team, maintaining merchandising standards, stock control and monitoring of store expenses.
Your personality and professionalism will engage, inspire and motivate your colleagues to achieve outstanding customer service while exceeding operational requirements. Coming from an extensive retail, sales and / or management background you will have a proven history of consistent and reliable performance, and love the challenge of personal development in a bricks and mortar environment
