Albert's Wine Bar is looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our fast-paced kitchen.
You'll be working with an experienced, tight-knit team that values quality, seasonality, and a calm, professional attitude on the pans. Our menu changes regularly and is produce-driven, so an eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and adapt is key.
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role working with European leaning cuisine
* A strong sense of organisation and consistency on section
* Clean and efficient work habits
* A team player who communicates clearly and works collaboratively
* Someone who brings energy, reliability, and genuine interest in food
* Available to work weekends and evenings as required
