About the role
As a qualified Occupational Therapist, you will provide focused home‐based services to older clients (65+), supporting them through their Home Care Package (HCP). The role emphasises client‐centred, evidence‐based practice, aiming to maximise independence and autonomy.
You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload (primarily in Mildura, with occasional outreach to Swan Hill) and receive regular one‐to‐one clinical supervision and support from the Clinical Lead of Occupational Therapy.

About you
You are an Occupational Therapist with strong clinical reasoning, a client‐centred approach, and a commitment to continuous learning. You are motivated to deliver high‐quality care, adapt to varied client needs, and contribute to a positive team culture.
Qualifications
* Recognised tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* Current registration with AHPRA.
* Experience in Community Aged Care with clients receiving HCP/SAH services.
* Demonstrated knowledge of clinical practice working with a variety of health conditions in 65+ year‐old clientele.
* The ability to work autonomously and manage a caseload independently.
* Full Australian working rights and ability to pass a national police clearance.
* Valid driver's licence and access to a car.
* Committed to a workplace culture based on BEST (Believe, Excel, Support and Trust).

* A current Working With Children Check card.
