Strategic Recruitment Partner
We are seeking a highly skilled recruitment professional to join our team on a 6-month contract. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers across various teams to understand their hiring needs and take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
* Full Cycle Recruitment: Draft job advertisements, screen candidates, schedule interviews, make offers, and conduct pre-employment checks.
* Develop Employer Value Proposition: Communicate our point of difference with potential candidates using our employer brand, EVP, and employee benefits.
* Collaboration: Work with the People and Culture team and senior stakeholders to understand changing business needs and identify talent requirements.
* Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional level of candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
