Part-time position (4 days per week), offering a great opportunity to support work–life balance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide friendly, professional, and discreet front-of-house service
* Manage daily administrative tasks including:
o Appointment scheduling
o Patient enquiries
o Billing and accounts
o General correspondence
* Assist with complex administrative duties to support smooth clinic operations
* Communicate effectively with physicians and team members
About You
* Previous medical reception or administration experience preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Patient-focused with a professional and compassionate approach
* Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
* Confident using and learning new systems and software
* Must have valid Australian work rights
