About the role
* Client and visitor greeting upon arrival
* Answering phone calls
* Preparation of ATO documentation and liaising with ATO
* Liaising with ASIC
* Client appointments and calendar management
* Scanning and copies of various documents
* Processing client payments
* Lodging client's tax returns and client pack preparation
* Client files creation including filling, scanning and archiving
* Monitor all stationery and staff amenities requirements
* Provide administration support as required
* Maintaining reception, administration and kitchen area
Skills and experience
* Prior work experience in Accounting Admin, Client Service Officer or similar roles
* Preferably Accounting Firm Experience
* HandiSoft & XERO Experience (preferred but not essential)
* Robust administration skills
* High attention to detail
* Positive verbal and written communication skills
* The ability to work independently: prioritize and multitask
* Confidence to work autonomously and as part of a team
* High level interpersonal and time management skills
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Casual
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
