Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. As an IT Support Specialist, your primary role is to provide technical support to end-users via various communication channels, ensuring their hardware and software issues are addressed promptly.
This dynamic role will be based in Adelaide and will work collaboratively with a team of IT specialists. You will be responsible for providing first-line technical support, installing, configuring and maintaining company IT systems, managing user accounts and permissions, documenting technical issues and resolutions, assisting in software updates and system maintenance, and providing training and guidance to staff on IT best practices.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, good Microsoft environment support experience and knowledge of computer networking fundamentals. A customer-focused attitude with a dedication to delivering exceptional service is essential.
Tertiary IT qualifications or industry certifications are favourable but not essential. However, having relevant experience as an IT Helpdesk Technician or technical support role is highly desirable.
