Love Tilly Group is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our team Ragazzi Wine & Pasta. You will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and supporting the overall operations of our kitchen. What you'll be doing
* Assisting the Head Chef in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen
* Preparing and cooking a variety of high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
* Ensuring consistent food presentation and adherence to recipe standards
* Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient kitchen environment
* Participating in menu development and contributing to the creative culinary vision
* Adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience as a CDP or Sous in a reputable restaurant or hotel
* Strong knowledge of food preparation, presentation and kitchen operations
* Time management and multitasking skills
* A passion for using high-quality, fresh ingredients to create innovative and delicious dishes
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Communication and teamwork skills
* Commitment to maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
