Job Description

The Role

The Director, People & Culture reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for providing strategic leadership across all people, culture and organisational capability functions at Geelong Arts Centre. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the role shapes an inclusive, high-performing and values-aligned workplace culture, ensuring the Centre meets its legislative obligations as a leading Victorian public entity.

The Director, People and Culture will oversee 2 direct reports – a Senior Manager, Organisational Development and a Manager, People and Culture.

The department also includes a Senior People Culture Advisor and a People Services Officer, who report into the Manager, People and Culture.
