Sous Chef Opportunity
Are you a skilled culinary leader ready to thrive in a rapid-paced, high-energy kitchen? We are looking for a passionate Chef to lead our teams.
As our Sous Chef, you\'ll:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team
- Support smooth operations in the Head Chef\'s absence
- Keep standards high in quality, safety and presentation
- Mentor junior staff and build a positive team culture
- Oversee stock, ordering and daily kitchen organisation
- Work hand in hand with Front of House for seamless service
What You\'ll Bring:
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in a quality venue
- Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills
- Creativity with a solid grasp of menu development
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
