Volley Recruit is excited to be partnering with a leading Civil & Materials Processing companies to fill several long-term Loader Operator positions within their Yard & Civil Operations team.

We are seeking candidates who are committed, safety-focused, and ready to build a long-term career in civil and yard operations .
What We're Looking For
Experience in civil construction, yard operations, or materials processing is highly advantageous. Operators with strong backgrounds in either environment are encouraged to apply.
Successful applicants will ideally have experience, tickets, or skills such as:
* RII Loader Operator ticket (MUST-HAVE requirement)
* Experience feeding screeners and managing material flow
* Competence in material separation, stockpiling, and quality monitoring
* Ability to work with supervisors to adjust blends and maintain product quality
* Experience with dust suppression, routine machine cleaning, and general yard maintenance
* Background in civil tasks, including trench backfilling, carting material, and loading/unloading trucks
* Experience operating with fork or jib attachments
* Proven experience clearly listed on your resume
* Willingness to work 12-hour day and night shifts
