What’s the role?
Within our Global Transaction Services (GTS) Team, you’ll be the first point of contact for some of our most valued institutional clients, supporting them across the full lifecycle of their banking experience. From resolving complex queries to collaborating with internal teams, you’ll play a key role in delivering seamless, high-quality service every day. This is a full-time role based in Melbourne.
What do I need?
We’re looking for someone who’s client-focused, commercially minded, and thrives in a quick-paced workplace. You’ll bring:
- Previous client-facing experience in a branch or similar environment (preferred)
- Solid understanding of banking systems, processes, and compliance frameworks (e.g. risk, documentation, pricing)
- A client-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes
- Commercial acumen and the ability to identify service-led growth opportunities
