Roles and Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Sales team, working in conjunction with the Marketing Coordinator who will manage all marketing elements for property listings.
* Prepare Appraisal Packs, Quotes and Calendars
* Create OFI packs, collecting rates, rental estimates and reports
* Maintain records and files for each property listing
* Ad-hoc administrative support to the Sales team, i.e. assisting with exchanges, preparation and printing of documents
* Auction preparation, including rostered Thursday evening Auction schedule from 6pm at the office
* Maintain positive and productive relationships with the Sales team and fellow staff members
* Deliver a high level of service and support to the Sales team, with great attention to detail and ability to execute all tasks within their deadlines
The Requirements:
We value a proactive attitude and a strong interest in the property industry. While no specific experience is required, the ideal applicant will possess.
* Previous Real Estate administrative experience
* Strong computer literacy
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Exceptional organization and time management
* The ability to work both collaboratively & autonomously
* A good eye for detail
* An enthusiastic and excited approach – attitude is EVERYTHING
