Internship Description
As a Human Resources Intern, you'll gain hands‐on experience supporting HR teams in Australian companies with key functions across recruitment, employee engagement, and workplace compliance. Typical tasks may include:
* Assisting with recruitment processes such as job ads, screening, and interviews
* Supporting onboarding and induction programs for new employees
* Maintaining HR records and documentation
* Helping coordinate training, performance management, and staff events
* Assisting with HR compliance, policies, and reporting

Eligibility
This program is open to international students and graduates who are:
* Currently studying or recently completed a degree in HR, business, management, or a related field

The successful candidate will be assigned a dedicated Mentor and Placement Consultant to guide, coach, and offer career advice throughout the internship placement.
