Responsibilities
* Identify with the nursing station/shift coordinator patients needing support.
* Meet and greet patients and visitors in a warm, friendly manner.
* Provide support to patients by listening to any stories, anxieties, issues or worries that the patient may have.
* Provide feedback to nursing staff, with patients permission, to resolve any issues, worries or anxieties that cannot be resolved by conversation with the inpatient connector.
