Your new role As a Landscape Construction Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising a small team of 2-3 tradespersons/labourers on commercial landscaping projects. You'll oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard. This hands-on role will also see you operating machinery and assisting with construction tasks.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Proven experience in a Commercial Landscape Company or similar environment
* Ability to lead and manage a team on-site
* MR or HR licence
* Machinery operation experience with valid tickets (Excavator, Bobcat/Skid Steer, Loader)
* Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques
* Experience with limestone walls and concrete works (highly regarded)
