We are now seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist to join our team, supporting our brand growth, product marketing initiatives, and market expansion across Australia.

Competitive salary: $85,000 to $95,000 + Super

Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Specialist, you will:
1. Develop and implement marketing plans and promotional activities that enhance brand awareness and support company growth objectives.
2. Research and analyze customer insights, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
3. Prepare engaging marketing content for online and offline use, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand identity and tone.
4. Design and produce creative marketing materials — including brochures, product packaging concepts, social media graphics, in-store displays, and event visuals — to maintain consistent and appealing brand presentation.
5. Coordinate photoshoots, copywriting, and visual production for product launches and promotional campaigns.
6. Manage social media platforms and website updates, creating and scheduling posts to build brand engagement and online visibility.
7. Plan and support trade events, sponsorships, and customer promotions to increase brand reach and strengthen business relationships.
8. Track and review marketing performance data, providing management with transparent reports and recommendations for improvement.
9. Work collaboratively with internal departments, distributors, and creative suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality marketing deliverables.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying new marketing channels, tools, and creative approaches to strengthen the company’s market position.
About You
Qualifications and Experience
1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Minimum 6 years’ marketing experience, ideally within the food, FMCG, or consumer goods industry.
3. Proven practical understanding of brand promotion, campaign management, and customer engagement.
4. Strong analytical and project management skills with attention to detail.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, MS Office).
7. Artistic or design background (e.g., visual design, graphic arts, or layout skills) is highly regarded.
