Join Our Team as a Housing Officer at Everhomes

Everhomes is looking for a passionate and motivated Housing Officer to join our team This is a hybrid role with flexibility - you'll be out of the road for much of the working week attending appointments, inspections, and viewings, with the remainder of your time working from home to complete administrative tasks.

As a Housing Officer with Everhomes, you'll be a communication pro, working with a variety of stakeholders including Public Trust, Guardians, Clients, Support Coordinators, Accommodation Officers, Occupational Therapists, Hospital Departments, and Social Workers. With your strong understanding of the NDIS and background in Human Services, you'll help people reach their goals while making a real difference in their lives... and in your own

A day in the life of an Everhomes Housing Officer:

* Taking inbound calls from clients, partners, and property owners on our 1300 number.
* Organising property viewings and coordinating maintenance, repairs, and modifications.
* Promoting SDA properties and building our brand recognition at exciting industry events.
* Supporting clients to live safely and comfortably in their homes, ensuring they feel empowered and respected.
* Preparing tenancy documents and liaising with the NDIS.
* Conducting routine inspections to maintain quality service.
