About the Opportunity
We're searching for a talented and driven Senior Chef to join our award-winning culinary team. This is a key leadership position supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, leading a skilled brigade, and maintaining our commitment to quality, consistency, and creativity.
You'll take ownership of service execution, mentoring junior chefs, and ensuring every dish leaving the pass reflects Omnia's exceptional standards. This role is suited to a chef who thrives under pressure, leads by example, and is eager to contribute to a respected and growing hospitality group.
What You'll Bring
* Minimum 5 years' experience in high-end or hatted venues, including 2+ years in a leadership role
* Formal culinary qualifications
* Advanced technical skills and understanding of European cuisine
* Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities
* Excellent organisation and time management
* In-depth understanding of food safety, HACCP, and cost control
* A resilient, positive, and team-focused approach
