About the role

As an Occupational Therapist (Advanced), you'll:

• Deliver evidence‐based therapy to people living with disability
• Manage your caseload with flexibility to shape your day and areas of interest
• Empower customers through a person‐centred approach
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary therapy team using the key worker model
• Provide therapy across hub and community settings
• Work closely with families, schools, hospitals, and other support networks
• Mentor and support less experienced clinicians, contributing to a positive team culture
• Champion continuous improvement, reflective practice and quality outcomes

Full Time and Part Time positions available

Murdochhub location base with flexible work options

About You

You'll also need:

• A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• AHPRA registration
• Minimum of 5 years experience working with customers with complex needs
• Driver's Licence & ability to travel for community visits
• Required checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working with Children, National Police Clearance, First Aid)
• Right to Work in Australia
