Creative AI Content & Video Executive
Location: Remote (Sri Lanka or India preferred).
This role is ideal for someone who loves technology, storytelling, and video creation—and who wants to grow into a long-term executive content leader within a rapidly expanding AI company.
You will work closely with our founders, product teams, and marketing operations to produce high-quality product videos, feature walkthroughs, social content, learning clips, and platform explainers across the entire Intelligent Mind ecosystem.
This is not a typical "video editor" role; it is a creative partnership that values innovation, autonomy, and long-term growth.
Your Core Responsibilities
Create beautifully crafted product feature videos, demos, reels, and teasers for Intelligent Roster and all Intelligent Mind products.
Edit screen recordings, voiceovers, founder messages, trailers, and YouTube content.
Produce videos using Descript (preferred) or any tool you are comfortable with.
Develop content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and our future media channels.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across video, writing, and visual assets.
Help build our evolving content strategy, product-education library, and storytelling frameworks.
Produce captions, thumbnails, on-screen text, and short educational narrations.
Collaborate directly with leadership to shape creative direction.
Grow into an executive content leadership role as we scale globally.

Qualifications
We care deeply about strong visual storytelling and clear writing.
Spoken English fluency is not a strict requirement.
Your ability to write clearly, structure ideas, and communicate visually is more valuable.
Required Skills
Strong ability to write clear, concise captions, explainer text, and on-screen messaging.
Good command of written English.
Experience creating or editing video content (portfolio required).
Familiarity with Descript, CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci, or any modern editing tool.
Strong sense of visual design, timing, flow, and sound.
Ability to learn product features and explain them visually.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and digital transformation.
Ability to work reliably under minimal supervision.
Nice to Have (but Not Mandatory)
Experience in tech, SaaS, or healthcare content.
Motion graphics or animation basics.
Understanding of social-media algorithms (LinkedIn, FB, IG, YouTube).
Storyboarding or scripting experience.
Ability to generate ideas that can scale internationally.
