Working side by side with the Restaurant Manager, you'll help lead, motivate and support a passionate crew to deliver the warm, premium dining experience our guests love us for.

About you:
* At least 1 year's experience in a supervisory role within a fast-paced, full-service restaurant
* A solid understanding of modern award frameworks, employment standards and OH&S/WH&S
* A genuine passion for hospitality, great energy and a positive attitude
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring out the best in your team
* Flexibility to work a rotating 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
* A current RSA
