* Conduct thorough assessments and provide tailored physiotherapy treatments to clients in their homes and communities, ensuring timely documentation and care aligned with wellness principles.
* Cultivate staff knowledge and skills by coaching and training on clinical best practices, participating in competency frameworks, and offering ongoing guidance to enhance service quality.
* Develop holistic, evidence-based care plans for clients with complex needs, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and advocate for client autonomy and quality of life.
* Build strong connections within the community and industry, contribute to marketing efforts, and develop referral pathways to promote service awareness and growth.
* Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, contribute to continuous service evaluation, and uphold high clinical governance standards to achieve exceptional outcomes.
You'll be a great fit if you have:
* Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy with current registration.
* Valid First Aid certificate and current driver's licence with a willingness to travel.
* Strong understanding of person-centred care and contemporary aged care practices.
* Able to mentor and support staff, fostering skill development and improved client outcomes.
* Excellent time management and commitment to service quality and excellence.
