Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to lead a dynamic team and shape the future of youth mental health services in Emerald?
headspace Emerald, operated by AnglicareCQ, is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care for young people and their families. You'll guide and support a multidisciplinary team, manage referrals and caseloads and contribute to service innovation and continuous improvement.
What will a typical day look like?
* Lead and enhance clinical service delivery across the mental health spectrum
* Provide supervision, support and guidance to clinicians and other support staff
* Facilitate clinical reviews, care planning and shared decision making
* Contribute to strategic planning, policy development and service evaluation
* Maintain high standards of clinical documentation and data collection.
Mandatory Requirements
* Approved tertiary level qualification in an allied health discipline, including social work, psychology (4+2 pathway or 5+1 pathway), mental health nursing, and/or occupational therapy.
* Registration or membership with appropriate registration authority or professional body (APHRA or AASW).
