About the Role
We're seeking a passionate and adaptable Permanent Educator to join our Nightcliff centre. This role supports our 2–3 years room, contributing to a warm, engaging environment where every child feels safe, supported, and inspired to learn. As part of the Journey family, you'll work collaboratively with your team and Centre Leadership to deliver high‐quality early learning experiences, while building your confidence and developing your professional practice.
Responsibilities
* Support and facilitate engaging learning experiences for children aged 2–3 years
* Build warm, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
* Observe, document, and reflect on children's learning, interests, and development
* Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and interactive learning environment
* Maintain high standards of health, safety, and wellbeing at all times
Qualifications
* ACECQA‐recognised Certificate III, Diploma, or higher in Early Childhood Education
* Must hold a current and valid OCHRE card
* Hold an approved state‐specific Working With Children Check
* Passionate about supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and development
* A respectful communicator who values teamwork
* Hold current Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and First Aid certificates
