We're looking for a compassionate Receptionist to join our supportive, resident-focused team at Bloom Community Aged Care.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service re all enquiries from our residents, staff, family, and friends that come to the residence both face to face and over the phone. You would be completing the full range of front desk and administrative support and follow up.
Qualifications
You must be highly organised, comfortable learning new technology, discrete, and able to effectively communicate with a wide range of people including staff, residents and family members.
Previous experience within aged care or healthcare is desirable.
