About the Role:
Retail Assistants support the Store Manager in maintaining excellent customer service, processing donations, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Key responsibilities include:
* Customer Service: Provide warm welcomes and guidance to customers, assist with donations, and offer support to those seeking social assistance.

Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
* Experience in retail, sales, and customer service (preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided).
* Completion of TSA's mission volunteer induction, training, and registration process.
Development Opportunities:
