Media Merchants is looking for a Senior Programmatic Trader to join our Brisbane team. Working closely with our Media & Performance teams you will be tasked with managing programmatic campaigns across Video, CTV, DOOH, Audio and Display. You'll be hands-on in DV360, Hivestack, Vistar and Yahoo, driving performance, efficiency and innovation for our retail clients.
What you'll do:
* Own end-to-end programmatic trading: setup, optimisation, pacing and reporting
* Negotiate PMP/PG deals and unlock efficiencies across premium inventory
* Test and implement new platforms, formats and data-led strategies
* Collaborate with our Media, Performance and Creative teams to deliver integrated client business solutions
* Work alongside Performance teams in establishing and executing best practice tagging and measurement practices within client campaigns
* Lead the use of client 1PD within programmatic campaigns in accordance to data and privacy regulations.
* Mentor teammates and contribute to case studies, POVs and thought leadership
What you'll bring:
* Proven in platform DSP trading expertise (DV360, Hivestack essential; Vistar/Yahoo highly valued), with experience in CM360 an advantage
* The can-do attitude and capabilities to thrive in an Indie where you will be working across all campaign stages. From client strategy to planning, campaign setup, monitoring and post reporting.
* Knowledge of the wider media landscape and how programmatic solutions work in partnership with direct channels to meet marketing objectives
* Track record of delivering campaigns that meet and exceed client KPIs, through smart trading strategies, rigorous optimisation and a dedication to accuracy
* Proactivity working as part of a team, good communications skills that include the confidence in presenting and playing an active role in client-facing discussions
