Qualifications & experience
• Minimum of Three years of pastry-making experience, including cakes, desserts, bread, etc.
Tasks & responsibilities
* Prepare and serve food to the highest quality
* Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work environment
* Menu Input & Design
* Ordering stock and maintain stock control and rotation
* Comply with all OH&S polices & procedures
* Prepare a variety of pastry products, including cakes, bread, desserts, etc., based on menus and customer requirements
* Control ingredient costs while ensuring high-quality products and flavors
* Responsible for storing, cleaning, and maintaining baking tools and equipment.
* Contribute to new product development and improvement of existing products.
