**Primary Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership and Development**:
- Recruit, hire, and train qualified staff members.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure team members reach their full potential.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and accountability.
**Operational Excellence**:
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and procedures.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and productivity.
**Client Relations and Sales Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients and contract managers.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and execute sales initiatives to achieve targets and KPIs.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
**Communication and Reporting**:
- Effectively communicate company standards, goals, and expectations to team members.
- Liaise with management on operational issues, staffing needs, and performance metrics.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on sales performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback.
**Customer Service Excellence**:
- Always ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Lead by example in providing personalized and attentive service to every customer interaction.
