About the Role
At Kings Canyon Resort, we are seeking an exceptional Guest Service Agent to provide outstanding customer service and ensure a memorable stay for our guests. As the first point of contact, you will handle guest inquiries and assist with various front desk operations.

Requirements
* Previous experience in hospitality is preferred
* Familiarity with RMS or similar reservation systems is an advantage
* Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Office
* Well-presented, organized and detail-oriented
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
* A valid driver's license is essential
