The Opportunity
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced and results driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and shape the Surgical team in VIC. Based in Melbourne and reporting directly to the Business Unit Lead, you will have the opportunity to shape strategy, inspire performance, drive growth, empower teams to meet targets, build relationships, and champion our brand with customers.
Responsibilities
* Leading and coaching a high-performing team of Product Specialists, and delivering and executing regional sales strategies that align with national goals
* Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving growth by identifying opportunities, increasing usage, and improving product visibility
* Coordinating and running weekly team huddles to discuss initiatives, customer feedback, YTD sales etc. and inspiring team through open communication, celebrating successes and supportive initiatives
* Understanding competitors in the market, collaborating with Sales & Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of agreed business plans
About You
* Degree qualified with proven background in Surgical sales and minimum 4-5 years' experience in a sales leadership role with 5-6 direct reports
* Strong commercial and business acumen, with strong knowledge and understanding of the local market
* A natural relationship builder who can clearly and effectively communicate at all levels of the business
* With a passion for coaching and developing people, and the ability to engage, negotiate and influence stakeholders
