Assistant Account Executive – 100% WFH remote opportunity
Are you an experienced broking assistant with a strong knowledge of broking processes? Want to make an impact but sick of sitting in traffic or making a long commute? This position provides the opportunity to support a dynamic broking team in Darwin, remotely from your home office, with exposure to diverse commercial and domestic portfolios across Queensland and Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate client policy documentation, including Certificates of Currency (CoC), schedules and claims reports
* Support senior brokers through all stages of policy renewal, new business lodgement and claims management
* Assist in the remarketing of policies via broker portals and platforms such as SCTP and Sunrise
* Manage debtor follow-up and invoicing, ensuring timely payments and accuracy
* Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and general client correspondence
* Contribute to team goals by delivering quality service and managing multiple client portfolios efficiently
Requirements:
* At least 2 years' experience supporting commercial and/or domestic clients in a broking environment
* Tier 1 Broking qualification
* An established and functional home office setup
* Strong administration skills and experience with invoicing and document processing
* Confident using broking platforms, insurer portals, and CRM systems
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload independentlyRight to work in Australia – Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or valid visa
