Change Management Coordinator - Clinical Services
About the role
ARRCS is seeking a skilled Change Management Coordinator to join our Clinical Risk and Governance team on a permanent, full-time basis .
Based at our Regional Office in Darwin, this role involves delivering, implementing, and embedding strategies and education to ensure the long-term sustainability of care models within our facilities.
You will collaborate with our leadership team, supporting the management of facilities that provide a seamless care continuum for residents and consumers.
To succeed, you must be an experienced and current AHPRA-registered nurse with prior change management experience in a clinical or healthcare setting, possessing knowledge of change management principles and methodologies. You should be a proactive self-starter comfortable leading projects, consulting with senior management, and focused on achieving positive outcomes for residents.

Skills & experience
Candidates should have:
* Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
* Experience in change management, including research and evaluation skills
* An understanding of primary nursing and team care models
* Willingness to leverage technology to improve outcomes
* Experience building stakeholder relationships for collaborative success
* Strong time management skills, initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently
* Experience in evaluating projects and reporting on outcomes
* The ability to adapt to competing priorities and work unsupervised
* A proactive attitude and mentoring skills
