Join our School of Health, Medical and Applied Sciences at CQUniversity Rockhampton. You’ll be part of a supportive academic team dedicated to innovation in health education and research. As a Level B Academic, you will be involved in teaching and clinical coordination duties and will contribute to the University’s teaching effort while actively engaging in scholarly, research and professional activities. You’ll help shape CQUniversity’s accredited Bachelor of Podiatry (Honours) course, preparing the next generation of practitioners and advancing the discipline within industry and the community. Responsibilities
- Engage in teaching and clinical coordination duties as part of the Level B Academic role.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of the accredited Bachelor of Podiatry (Honours) program.
- Actively participate in scholarly, research and professional activities to advance teaching and practice.
- Collaborate with podiatry professionals across sectors to deliver education programs aligned with Podiatry Board of Australia standards.
- Support relocation and contribute to the regional academic community.
Position Requirements
- Postgraduate qualification (or current enrolment) in podiatry, clinical education, or a related field, or willingness to enrol in a Research Higher Degree within 12 months of appointment.
- Current registration or eligibility for registration with the Podiatry Board of Australia.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching and supervising university students, with evidence of scholarly and research contributions.
- Experience in clinical education, with knowledge of clinical placement requirements for podiatry students.
- Proven ability to collaborate with podiatry professionals across sectors to deliver education programs aligned with standards.
- A relevant PhD (or progress towards completion), or equivalent in a related discipline (desirable).

Position Details
Remuneration: Total remuneration $134,885 to $157,870 per annum (including salary $113,980 to $133,403 plus 17% superannuation and leave loading).
Location: CQUniversity Rockhampton (Relocation support available).
Working Arrangement: Continuing, Full-Time.
