Working Hours: 8 hours/day, 40 hours/week Working Arrangement: Hybrid (Work from Home Macquarie Park) PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: We’re hiring for two projects: SAP Digitisation Program – focused on Payroll and other HR applications Culture Uplift Project – focused on organisational culture (HR-related) Senior Manager, Project Delivery X 2 (One for each project) Attractive Daily Pay Rate of $1050–$1200 per day super You’ll lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, working closely with sponsors, stakeholders and governance groups. You'll ensure the successful development of business cases and delivery of programs within a shared services environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Overall delivery lead for the solution and guide prioritisation Removes impediments escalated and drives strategy on the program level. Manage inter dependencies on a program level Manage the overall program level governance and reporting Lead the team to ensure that systems and processes are in place so that all delivery complies with the relevant requirements and that the appropriate risk mitigations are in place. Oversee financial processes such as project allocations and tracking, including dashboards and budgeting. Understand the development pipeline and work with the PMO team to enable appropriate resources to be allocated into development projects. PROJECT MANAGER X 1 (For the Culture Uplift project) Attractive Daily Pay Rate of $900–$1000 per day super Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering medium-scale projects within the broader programs of work, ensuring timely and effective outcomes. RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver multiple projects within work programs, including managing the development of operational and project scopes, business cases, project submissions, communications and reporting, project scheduling, and resourcing. Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management. Develop detailed project budget and forecast cash flows/milestones from the approved budget, recommend approval of costs and variations, monitor and control project costs and report on expenditure. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS (For both roles): Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience Minimum 5 years program management experience, ideally in Business or Digital Transformation, or HR projects Strong experience in senior stakeholder management.
