About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our high performing Strategic Alliance team as one of our Senior Alliance Manager looking after our financial institution partnerships. Reporting directly to the Head of Strategic Accounts and Alliances this role will be responsible for developing and driving value within your partners to ensure the achievement mutually beneficial outcomes.
What you'll do
1. Establish strong relationships with the partners with a view to maintain and grow your allocated portfolio
2. Serve as the lead point of contact across commercial and operational requirements
3. Understand the financial performance and potential opportunities for improvement via forecasting and planning
4. Develop and execute strategic alliance plans that engage frontline activation
5. Present strategic and operational reviews on a regular cadence
6. Work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders to optimise efficiencies for projects
7. Collaborate with the sales team to align sales and Alliance efforts
8. Monitor industry trends and stay up to date on competitors and market conditions
9. Develop and implement Alliance partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
10. Measure and report on the performance of Alliance partners, using metrics such as sales and revenue
11. Forecasts and reports on partner performance (including referrals, applications, as required) monthly or when required
12. Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges within the alliance with Head of, ensure that ROI is achieved through the Partnerships, negotiate externally and internally to dive the best commercial outcomes
13. Work with internal Tyro teams to ensure that support whether through Marketing, Sales, Service is delivered to each Partnership
14. Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
15. Attend industry events and conferences to build relationships and promote the company
What you'll bring
16. Minimum 8 years' experience in client facing sales roles
17. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a payments/financial services industry
18. Experience influencing and presenting to C-Suite
19. Demonstrated success in growing value in strategic partnerships
20. Proven experience influencing teams in a matrix organisation
21. Outstanding time management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
