Service Coordinator Opportunity
Extend is seeking a Service Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Outside School Hours Care service. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in children's services, early childhood, or school-aged care, and be committed to providing high-quality care for children.

The Opportunity
This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced coordinator to join our team. As part of this position you'll develop daily activities for kids that are safe and stimulating as well as build relationships with colleagues staff members families educators other stakeholders involved at Caulfield Grammar School where we're located in Wheelers Hill VIC Australia.
Responsibilities:
* Routinely monitor manage supervise all aspects of child safety playtime snack meals etc – assessing risks preventing harm intervening appropriately if necessary respond promptly whenever emergency situation arises maintaining confidentiality records reports ensuring compliance relevant policies regulations legislation laws governing childcare practices standards provisions; developing engaging fun & educational activities aligning curriculum teaching methods fostering creativity self-expression among participants encouraging socialisation teamwork problem-solving critical thinking skills also taking initiative independently supervising smaller groups (e.g., Kindergarten etc.) coordinating events outings excursions managing supplies materials budget expenditure monitoring equipment maintenance inspections conducting regular health checks wellness promoting physical activity nutrition stress management
