Job Title: Desktop Support Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support standard Windows endpoint support.
* Assist with manufacturing environment support including printers, IoT devices, and other equipment.
* Work in an end-user desktop support role or computer operations environment.
* Provide remote technical support to users of desktops, laptops, and printers.
* Configure and troubleshoot problems related to operating systems and office applications.
* Handle VIP and escalation calls.
* Interact with senior users to understand their requirements.
* Perform direct hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for end-users.
Required Skills:
* SAP Business One support and administration experience.
* Familiarity with ticketing tools such as Fresh Service.
