A bit about your role
As the Digital Producer, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality digital content across nbn's owned platforms, including the public website and Partner portal.
You will be responsible for managing incoming content requests, triaging tasks and executing business-as-usual updates that ensure our digital presence remains current, engaging and aligned with strategic objectives.
You will collaborate with the Marketing Delivery team and subject matter experts across the wider marketing team to gather insights and produce content that reflects nbn's brand and objectives.
You will edit and proofread a variety of content types, ensuring consistency with digital best practice and proactively recommending improvements to layout, copy and user experience.
You will also provide ad hoc support across the Digital team, contributing to the timely delivery of marketing programs and helping ensure content meets business outcomes.
A bit about you
The successful candidate will bring solid experience in communications, marketing or digital production, with a strong ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, compelling digital experiences.
You are confident working with content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager or WordPress, and have a working knowledge of HTML, SEO, UX and basic graphic design.
You are collaborative and detail-oriented, with a natural curiosity for emerging technologies and a passion for continuous improvement.
Your understanding of Agile workflows and ability to work closely with IT teams will support efficient delivery, while your communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience will help ensure alignment across teams.
