Job Role Summary
The purpose of this Clinical Nurse Educator role is to deliver high-quality clinical education and training programs within the ward/unit, aimed at enhancing the competence of nursing/midwifery staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Design and implement comprehensive clinical education and training initiatives
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
* Maintain independence while working effectively in a team environment
Essential Requirements:
* Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Relevant post-registration qualifications in clinical or education fields
* Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
